Intro and Screen Reading Audio Video Recording

This is the procedure for recording Intro and Screen Reading Audio Video Recording.

Intro Audio Video Recording

1. Create intro script in Teleprompter app by copy pasting from whatsapp.
2. Open teleprompter app and the intro script.
3. Setup mobile in Neewar Magic Stand.
4. Setup umbrella light for intro video.
5. Open Audacity and save project as ProjectPrefix_Audio_Recording.aup in Audacity folder of the project. This should be only one audacity project file for entire project.
6. Start mobile front camera app.
7. Set teleprompter window near camera.
8. Press camera record button.
9. Press record button in Audacity.
10. Play teleprompter script and read out.
11. Stop Camera Recording and Audacity Recording.
12. Rename track as Intro Track.
13. Delete any unwanted extra tracks.
14. Export track to mp3 file using following settings.
    1. File Name: Project Suffix_Intro_Audio
    2. File Location: Audacity folder of the project.
    3. Mono.
    4. Sample Rate: 44100 Hz
    5. Bit Rate Mode: Preset
    6. Quality: Excessive, 320 kbps

Screen Reading Audio Video Recording

1. Open script in Ms-Word. Script should be separated in separate parts for each screen.
2. Realign light umbrella for side video.
3. Start Audacity Recording in new track.
4. Start video camera recording.
5. On screen action to be read out slowly while explaination should be read out in normal speed.
6. Stop Camera Recording and Audacity Recording.
7. Rename track as Screen Recording Track.
8. Delete any unwanted extra tracks.
9. Export Audacity track as mp3 files without doing any processing like noise cancellation etc. We will do everything in filmora. Export as per following settings.
   1. File Name: Project Suffix_Screen_Recording_Audio
   2. File Location: Audacity folder of the project.
   3. Mono.
   4. Sample Rate: 44100 Hz
   5. Bit Rate Mode: Preset
   6. Quality: Excessive, 320 kbps

Move both videos from Mobile to Temporary Folder / CD04…05 etc.
